Horse Riding in Devon

Experience the North Devon countryside and beautiful coastal scenery riding a horse or pony? H2Outdoor has teamed up with a local Riding Stables which has a great location, good facilities and  a high level of animal welfare.  The Riding stables is a British Horse Society, Pony Club and Clubmark Approved Equestrian Centre and offers a selection of rides over 200 acres of open countryside, wooded valleys as well as the dunes and stunning 3miles of golden sand at the award winning Woolacombe beach.

You will be given the best horse or pony for your level of experience before making friends with your new companion and setting off to soak up the fresh air and freedom of the countryside.  Choose from a selection of rides from 1 hour trek to the 1 3/4 hour Beach Ride (experienced riders only) All rides are escorted and boots and hats are provided free of charge.

New for this year, why not experience a day at the stables-  This is suitable for children 7 years and above and offer  pupils the opportunity to receive instruction and a ride in the morning and after lunch (supplied on request) a further 1 hour ride.  As well as meeting all the horses and ponies, grooming, tacking up etc, rosettes will be awarded to all participants.
